- Refunds: Policies are outlined in the specific invoice or purchase order. All steel building kits are custom engineered. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Coordination: Delivery terms will be arranged and communicated in advance.
- Charges: Shipping costs will be included in the invoice.
- Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once Products are delivered to the carrier.
- Liability: We are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers.

Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

⚠️ Buildway Building Systems, LLC supplies pre-engineered steel building systems only. Permits, site preparation, and erection are the owner’s responsibility. Warranties are valid only if products are properly stored, handled, and installed. Buildway may update this Limited Warranty at any time, with changes applying to future purchases; prior purchases remain covered by the version in effect at the time of sale.
